Why do you put on make-up before the performances?
We think it fits the atmosphere of the music.
Olle - I find it easier when you go into a different role on stage and it reinforces the feeling that the music conveys. And also provides a visual experience which I think is important.
Max - I see it as an escape from reality. Leave everything and sink into myself in some sort of trance and just be one with the music. I'm very happy in my stage clothes. Almost too good.
Have you had a lot of gigs since you began?
Yes, last year we played 10-11 times and this year we have played five times so far. So on average once a month anyway.
What is the most fun gig that you´ve done?
Johan - The gigs we have arranged themselves.
Gabriel - Uddebo, a den outside Borås. A small basement room but a lovely feeling a closeness to the people who were there. Everyone understood the music and it became intense. And also very smoky, we had a smoke machine and we saw the type bare hand in front of us.
Do you charge to play anywhere?
It is a deal made between the organizer and us so it may vary from time to time.
Do you have any gigs planned where people can come and see you?
We play in Öglunda, on Matchoff Open the 6th of June. It will be a little different gig for Max is not playing. Info about upcoming gigs posted on our Facebook page and website.
Johannes - And also on our facebook page as well as in the newspaper.
Why are you called Seedna?
Erik - It's because when I and Emil decided to drive themselves so we wanted a name that would convey the feelings we wore at the time. Loneliness was it. Then we looked around a bit on
astronomical stuff and found a dwarf planet has an orbit of about 12 500 years
around the sun called Sedna, then we thought it fit our music great because it is so far away from us. (Alternative spelling of Seedna)
